Thanks so much to all of the creatives who made it out to the November Made in Mind Social! With the holidays just around the corner, we thought it would be a great time to learn how to impress your guests in the kitchen, so we partnered up with the talented folks at Palate New Orleans! They served us delicious butternut squash and goat cheese toast, fall cous cous salad, spiced apple rum fizz and Walker, their Chef de Cuisine, showed us all how to make chocolate truffles. It was a blast and as always SO great meeting new people and seeing all of our creative friends!

The holiday season is all about getting together and sharing some love and that is exactly what we wanted our December meet-up to be! We were so excited to team up with A Little Happy and bring our two groups together. We had such a great turnout and are so thankful for those who made it happen and all who attended. Pearl Wine Co. was the perfect space for our cozy cabin theme and the decor from Mrs. Vintage fit right in and transformed the space wonderfully. We got to snack on delicious corn grits and spinach salad with pepper jelly vinaigrette thanks to Zea Rotisserie & Grill!
Our swag bags were a much anticipated part of the night and were almost gone right at 6pm… y’all are some loyal attendees! This fun treat wouldn’t have been possible without our contributors E. Sabrie Studio, Loomed Nola, Dry Bar Bleu, Passion Lilie, Rise, Lipscape and Kismet Cosmetics!

The holidays are quickly approaching and we have a special December meetup planned! We are teaming up with A Little Happy for one big cozy cabin holiday party! What’s a better way to share some holiday cheer than with some amazing wine and creative minds? Our cozy cabin holiday party will be held at Pearl Wine Co. on Thursday December 12th from 6-9 PM.
Pearl Wine Co. offers the largest wine selection in the City of New Orleans with over 600 different labels. “It is my hope that Pearl Wine Co. will be a place the community can call home. I want to create an environment where people feel comfortable, relaxed and intrigued by wine” says the owner, Leora Pearl Madden.
Mrs. Vintage will be helping us bring our cozy cabin to life with some of her amazing vintage decor and Kaylynn Marie Photography will be joining us again to capture the fun! Along with your wine, you will be able to enjoy some bites from Zea Rotisserie & Grill!
